Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1-3 business days using UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver.  We charge a flat fee of $12 in the Continental US.  We do not ship to CA, some US territories, or Internationally. Orders over $75 before tax qualify for free shipping in the Continental US. Please note: Custom Orders do NOT qualify for free shipping.

Heat Advisory: Due to high temperatures across the USA, Buckhead Candy Company is not responsible for damage due to extreme heat.  Gummy candy is perishable at high temperatures. We will make every effort to time your shipment so you receive it as quickly as possible and it does not sit in a hot warehouse over a weekend.
